Appointments & Bookings

All treatments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email.

A deposit of £30 is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final treatment cost.

We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

No-shows will be charged the full treatment price.

Treatment Eligibility

All clients must complete a medical consultation prior to treatment.

We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable.

You must be 18 or older to receive aesthetic treatments.

Mobile Treatment Space Requirements

To ensure a safe and effective treatment, we ask that you provide:

A clean, well-lit area with enough space to set up equipment.

Access to hand-washing facilities.

A quiet, distraction-free environment.

Results & Expectations

Aesthetic treatments vary in effectiveness. While we aim for excellent results, we cannot guarantee outcomes.

Aftercare must be followed as advised for optimal results and safety.

We do not offer refunds for treatments once provided, unless there has been a clear fault or issue on our part.

Payments

Payment is due on the day of treatment unless arranged otherwise.
